With the fast development of our Group, it is now entering a phase where it goes from the traditional industry to the industry in combination with other capital. Besides, the original Financial VP has to be partly responsible for the work in admin system. Therefore, Group has now decided to look for a Financial VP from the society. Basic requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance and accounting; 2.At least ten years of financial management experience; at least five years of working experience in senior financial management in large-scale companies; 3.Excellent Chinese and English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; 4.No limit to nationality. Special requirements: 1.Outstanding achievements in recent five years at one’s position; 2.Working experience in a listed company or in helping a company get listed; good understanding of and rich practical experience in the rules of domestic and foreign capital operation; 3.Familiarity with FMCG and the experience in senior financial management in global major corporations or in accounting firms are preferable; 4.Familiar with European and American company management methods and Chinese management ideas. Competency required: Excellent strategic management ability, decision-making ability, ability of analyzing and judging, communication skills, team leadership and professional financial competency. Range of responsibilities: 1.As a key member of the top decision-making management of the Group, participate in Group’s decision-making on strategies, investment and other major decisions; 2.Aimed at Group’s strategic needs, give forward-looking alarms and measures in terms of finance, capital, risk control and policies, etc; 3.Take full responsibility of Group’s financial and auditing work; 4.Coordinate the relations between our company and banks and such government departments as Industry and Commerce Department and Tax Department, etc. so as to safeguard the company’s interest; 5.Set up highly efficient and harmonious financial team and auditing team; cultivate and develop backbones of finance and auditing; 6.Guide the preparation of various financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and the reports to shareholders. |
